  • Detailed planning of implementation phases worldwide including all communication 
  • Ensure formal and legal compliance of all changes
  • Negotiation with the works council
  • Take on board managment worldwide ( information meetings on functionality and advantages of matrix, communication strategy, legal aspects, dealing with possible resistance, etc.)
  • Implementation of communication strategy
  • Implementation of all related HR measures; conducting transfer and termination meetings at HQ and at subsidiaries
  • Planning and implementation of recruitment activities for new hires and replacement hires, national and international
