International roll-out of annual reviews and assessment of potential

• Implementation of harmonized processes across countries to achieve better comparability of results
• Analysis of existing processes/documents in the respective countries in close cooperation with local HR colleagues (focus: UK, Italy, Poland, Turkey, South Africa)
• Development of documents with commen core content but adapted wording/presentation depending on cultural/country-specific requirements
• Country-specific adaptation of certain steps in the process while ensuring compliance to a common global core process
• Support to local HR colleagues during implementation of the new processes
