• Preparation of implementation of corporate HR policies and guidelines taking into account specific local requirements
• Close cooperation with interfaces throughout the global organization (e.g. HQ Germany, corporate HQ in France, legal department, local control functions)
•  Checking and adapting existing project plan
• Guiding and supporting local HR team with processing and completing work packages
• Documentation for audits
